Rebeca Camarena (Guadalajara, Mexico) is a visual artist with international training in figurative painting and academic realism. Her work has evolved into a deeply personal pictorial practice, where the body, memory, and movement are central themes. Through a language that merges the technical with the poetic, Rebeca turns painting into a space for emotional inquiry and continuous transformation.
My work centers around personal growth and human sensitivity. Through painting, I seek to capture moments of inner transformation, embracing impermanence as the essence of human experience. I explore the language of the body, emotion, and memory through a combination of realism, symbolism, and abstraction. My practice evolves with each life stage, and each piece becomes a record of that journey.
